Our adventure route. We climb gradually —the city at 2,335 m, Salinas Lagoon at 4,300 m— so you reach Colca at your best, then descend with your specialist guide to Sangalle Oasis and climb back at dawn.

Arrival and welcome
A name-sign welcome, deluxe amenities for the trip and transfer to your hotel with an itinerary briefing. Free afternoon to start acclimatizing.
Night in Arequipa - Day 02
The White City
Lookouts facing the volcanoes you will soon see up close, the Historic Center and Santa Catalina Monastery, at a relaxed pace.
Night in Arequipa - Day 03
Acclimatizing at 4,300 m
A morning on the high plateau: Salinas Lagoon, Andean flamingos and vicuñas, back in the city for lunch. Afternoon rest and an early dinner: tomorrow we leave before dawn.
Night in Arequipa - Day 04
Down into the canyon
The Condor Cross at sunrise and descent from Cabanaconde to the Colca River and Sangalle Oasis, surrounded by walls over a thousand meters high. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.
Night in Sangalle Oasis - Day 05
Sunrise ascent
Climb to Cabanaconde in the dawn light, breakfast in the village, an optional stop at the hot springs and return to Arequipa in the afternoon.
Night in Arequipa - Day 06
Farewell
Private transfer to the airport or bus station, with the satisfaction of having hiked Colca.
