1. Who we are

The data controller is Suyo Tours Perú S.R.L. (Tax ID/RUC 20614811553), a travel and tourism agency based in Arequipa, Peru. For any question about your data, write to reservas@suyotours.com.

2. What data we collect

• Contact form: name, email, phone or WhatsApp, the service you are interested in, dates, number of travelers and your message.
• WhatsApp and email: the information you share when you contact us through those channels.
• Browsing: technical and usage data (pages visited, device, approximate country), in statistical form.

3. How we use it

• To answer your request, prepare your quote and arrange the services you book.
• To send you a confirmation of your request and contact you about your trip.
• To improve the website and understand which content is useful (only with your permission, for analytics cookies).

We do not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.

4. Legal basis

We process your data with your consent, given when you send the form or contact us, and to provide the services you request, under Peruvian Law No. 29733 on Personal Data Protection and its Regulations.

5. Who we share it with

We only share your data with providers that help us run the website and handle your request (hosting, email and analytics technology services), and with the providers of your travel services, only with the information they need. Some of them may store data outside Peru, always with appropriate security measures.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your data as long as needed to handle your request and your trip, and then for the periods required by legal and tax obligations. You may ask us to delete it sooner, unless the law requires us to keep it.

7. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and objection, and withdraw your consent, by writing to reservas@suyotours.com with the subject "Personal data". We will reply within the legal deadlines. If you believe we have not handled your request, you may contact Peru's National Authority for Personal Data Protection (Ministry of Justice and Human Rights).
